Terms of use
Using LeadsFlowPro means agreeing to what follows. It is written to be read rather than skipped.
What this is
LeadsFlowPro finds local businesses from public listings, shows you their contact details and ratings, flags which have no website of their own, and helps you track who you have called. It is supplied by Subhan Balbale on a monthly subscription.
Your account
- Accounts are issued by the administrator. You cannot sign up yourself.
- Your login is yours alone. Do not share it. Everything done with your account is treated as done by you.
- Tell us immediately at subhanilyasbalbale@gmail.com if you think someone else has your password.
- Each account has a daily lead limit. It is enforced on the server and resets at midnight, local time.
How you may use it
You agree not to:
- Share, resell or sublicense your access.
- Automate, scrape or bulk-extract data from the product.
- Work around the daily limit, the login, or any other control.
- Use the results for anything unlawful.
Calling the businesses you find
What you do with a phone number is your responsibility, not ours. If you call or message businesses, you must follow the law that applies to you — in India that includes the TRAI telecom commercial communications regulations and the Do Not Call registry, and elsewhere the local equivalent. LeadsFlowPro gives you published contact details; it does not give you permission to contact anyone.
Accuracy
Listing data comes from third-party sources and is provided as it is found. Phone numbers change, businesses close, and ratings move. Measured phone-number coverage is high but it is not guaranteed, and nothing here is a promise that a given number is current or correct. Check before you rely on it — every lead links to its map listing for exactly that reason.
Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly and arranged directly with the administrator. Access is enabled for the period paid for and stops when it lapses. There are no automatic renewals and no card is stored, because no payment is processed by this software.
Leads already in your browser stay there when a subscription lapses, and export keeps working; only new searches stop.
Availability
We aim to keep the service up but do not promise any particular uptime. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because an upstream provider is down. We may change or withdraw features; if a change materially reduces what you are paying for, you will be told.
Ending it
You may stop at any time — tell the administrator and your account will be closed. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why.
Liability
LeadsFlowPro is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost business, lost profits or indirect loss arising from using it. Any liability we do have is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
